Categories
Booking
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events and 4-8 weeks for large celebrations like Quinceañeras or during peak season (May-August). However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible, so don't hesitate to reach out!
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit, but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. For corporate clients, we also offer net-30 payment terms with approved credit.
Design
Absolutely! We work with a wide range of balloon manufacturers to match your event colors as closely as possible. We can match most Pantone colors and brand colors. During your consultation, we'll review color swatches to ensure we get it just right.
We can create designs inspired by popular themes, but we do not use licensed character balloons or printed materials due to trademark restrictions. Instead, we focus on creating custom designs using colors and shapes that evoke the theme while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.
Yes! For larger installations ($800+), we provide a digital mockup or inspiration board during the design consultation. For smaller packages, we share reference photos of similar past work so you know exactly what to expect.
Installation
Setup time varies by installation size. Small centerpieces take 30-60 minutes, arches take 1-2 hours, and large custom installations may take 3-4 hours. We always arrive with plenty of time to complete setup before your guests arrive.
Yes, we do outdoor installations! We use specialized techniques and materials for outdoor events, including weights and stabilizers. For best results, we recommend shade placement and suggest avoiding direct sun exposure when possible, especially in Texas heat.
We only need access to the installation area and nearby electrical outlet (for some installations). We bring all necessary equipment, including ladders and hardware. Please ensure the venue allows balloon installations and inform us of any access restrictions.
Safety
Balloons are generally safe under adult supervision. However, uninflated or popped balloons can be a choking hazard for children under 3. We can use larger balloons and secure installation methods for events with young children. Please inform us if your event includes toddlers.
We offer latex-free alternatives including foil balloons and vinyl balloons. Please let us know if any guests have latex allergies, and we'll design accordingly. Many of our designs can be created entirely with non-latex materials.
Logistics
We serve the Greater Austin Metropolitan Area including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Kyle, Buda, West Lake Hills, Lakeway, and Bee Cave. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
Delivery and basic installation are included for events within 20 miles of central Austin. Locations beyond 20 miles incur a travel fee of $2 per additional mile. We'll calculate the exact delivery cost during your quote.
Balloons
Indoor latex balloons typically last 12-24 hours, while indoor foil balloons can last 3-7 days. Outdoor balloons last 8-12 hours depending on weather conditions. We use Hi-Float treatment to extend indoor latex balloon life up to several days when needed.
Yes! We offer biodegradable latex balloons and can arrange for professional takedown and composting services after your event. We also offer reusable alternatives like fabric garlands and balloon-free decor options for environmentally conscious clients.
